Ahead of Friday's concert in Hyde Park in London, 22,141 people were counted dressed in Pitbull's iconic style - with suits, sunglasses and fake bald heads. A phenomenon that has grown in recent years.
Artist Pitbull, also known as Mr Worldwide, called the record an "honour" and thanked his fans, who are known as "the baldies."
