"We are not satisfied yet. We estimate that it could create up to 4,000 jobs just in Sweden," says Trade Minister Benjamin Dousa (M) on his way to a meeting with his EU colleagues in Brussels on Friday.
At the same time, he welcomes the fact that the EU member states and the EU Parliament have finally agreed on last year's tariff settlement with the US.
It is time for companies to get the stability they need, says the minister - who does not rule out more problems in the future.
"American trade policy may not have been entirely serious in the past year. Should there be more of that type of reaction, statements and aggression, we are of course prepared to take countermeasures," says Dousa.
