"After eight exciting years at Viaplay, it feels good to move on," Jihde says in a written statement.
Peter Jihde has mainly led sports initiatives and made documentaries at Viaplay. Previously, he was a prominent program host on SVT and TV4. He will now be on the radio three days a week, Mondays to Wednesdays.
"Because I love news journalism, live broadcasting and Stockholm, the assignment at P4 Stockholm feels like a perfect challenge," Jihde says.
Jihde will share airtime with Rickard Olsson, who broadcasts on Thursdays and Fridays on P4 Stockholm. On Wednesdays, the veteran presenters will broadcast together.
