Current County Governor Anneli Hulthén has an appointment until September 30.
Danielsson has previously been the chairman of the municipal board in Helsingborg and second vice chairman of the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SKR).
In my role as County Governor, I will strive to be a unifying force for Skåne's development, continue to build links and bridges between different sectors to achieve development and growth and make Skåne an even better county, he says.
The appointment applies until October 31, 2031.
