"All focus right now is on getting the fire under control, evacuating the building and finding a collection point for the evacuees," said Linus Maxe, commanding officer of the police, at 2 a.m.
During the night, the building burned with open flames and smoke spread. It is unclear how many people were evacuated, but the entire house is affected.
There are no reports of any other injuries in connection with the incident. The police are assisting emergency services and were notified of the incident shortly before midnight.
The incident is being investigated as negligent endangerment of the public.
