The injured person was taken to hospital by ambulance helicopter.
The incident occurred at around 12 noon on Monday.
What came in at that time was that the person was crossing a pedestrian crossing. Then the investigation will show in more detail what happened, says police spokesperson Nadya Norton.
The police have opened a preliminary investigation into aggravated assault causing bodily harm and reckless driving, but no one has been arrested.
