The rescue service was alerted to the scene at 10:30 on Saturday. By then, the person had been pulled ashore by other people who were there.
The person who called has seen the man go down into the water and later reacted to the fact that the person had been lying still for a very long time and therefore pulled the person out of the water, says the police's press spokesperson Jennifer Last to the newspaper.
First aid was initiated while waiting for the ambulance.
