The alarm came in on Thursday afternoon.
"We currently do not know when or how the person died, which is why we have opened a preliminary investigation into murder," says police spokesman Daniel Wikdahl.
The deceased person and the person arrested had a close relationship with each other.
Now there will be a technical investigation, and we will knock on doors in the area to see if there are any witnesses to what happened, says Wikdahl.
