The alarm about the accident came at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
The extent of the injuries to the person who fell is unknown, as is the height of the fall.
“We are there to investigate how the accident happened,” police spokesperson Marie Andersson tells TT.
The police are documenting the accident scene and interviewing witnesses.
