Over 300 people have been evacuated from a burning building in the city of Seongnam, south of Seoul in South Korea, reports TV channel YTN, which has shown dramatic images from the fire.
The rescue service reports that over 240 people were rescued, and that around 70 others escaped on their own, writes news agency Yonhap.
130 people have received minor injuries. No serious injuries have been reported from the fire in the building, which is said to have eight floors above ground and several below. The fire, which is believed to have started in a restaurant and spread through the ventilation, was extinguished in about an hour.
