It was the day before New Year's Eve that Pelle Larsson sprained his foot again, just three days after making a comeback from the previous ankle injury that kept him out for five games.
This time he only missed two games.
"This injury wasn't as bad as the last one," the Swede said in an interview after the match.
In the game against New Orleans, which Miami won 125–106, Larsson scored 16 points, grabbed three rebounds and had six assists.
"I played with so much joy and it gave me energy. It allowed me to run so much - the joy of playing with my brothers," the Swede said.
Larsson means a lot to the team, as the statistics show. With him on the court, the Miami Heat are 18–10; without him they are 2–6.
