The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority has today initiated a competition law investigation into several companies active on the asphalt paving market in Finland, including Peab Industri Oy, writes Peab.
Peab is cooperating "fully" and it has not been established that Peab Industry Oy has engaged in any anti-competitive behavior, according to Peab.
The Peab share has fallen by 0.5% following the announcement and is thus up 6.8% since the turn of the year.
