The silent recording is ex-Beatle Paul McCartney's first release in five years. It is part of the album "Is this what we want," which is the music industry's protest against proposed changes to copyright law around AI that could mean AI companies can use artists' life's work for free.
Among the artists who have joined the protest, and who also record "silent" songs on the album, are Kate Bush, Sam Fender, Hans Zimmer and Pet Shop Boys, writes The Guardian.
"Is this what we want" will be released on vinyl later in November.
