“We couldn’t be prouder that Patrick will once again call the United Center his home and continue to shine under Chicago’s brightest spotlight,” Chicago general manager Kyle Davidson said in a press release.
The 37-year-old forward won three Stanley Cup titles with Chicago during his 16 seasons in the city and has scored 1,400 points in 1,369 regular-season games over his 19 NHL seasons. He played the last few seasons in Detroit.
Kane's contract with Chicago is worth $8 million, equivalent to approximately SEK 78 million, per season.
