The patient had difficulty breathing and called 112, but was referred to patient transport. The person died later.
Now, Region Värmland is making a report to the Health and Social Care Inspectorate (Ivo) according to Lex Maria, reports P4 Värmland.
When the patient transport arrived, 112 was alerted again because the patient could not manage to get to the car. In the ambulance, the person got cardiac arrest and died.
