She is on site outside Brinell School with her colleague Åsa. They work at another school but did not have time to be evacuated.
It feels a little better when you're a little closer, Agnes tells TT.
"At least I've found out that they're sitting inside the library," she continues.
How are they?
She's scared, feels a little sick and stuff like that.
Azad Ali is also waiting for his daughter outside the school.
"I have contact with her," he says.
Ali says that he has not been able to call his daughter, but that she has written messages to him.
She said to me: “Dad, many people are going out but we are waiting for the police to come back and say okay”.
But she is scared, says Azad Ali.
Inmates are allowed to leave schools
At 6 p.m., the municipality announces that the police operation is still ongoing, but that students who were previously housed in several schools and preschools in the municipality are allowed to leave the schools.
Roger Ågren, regional rescue leader for the operation, says that they, together with the police, took care of the injured on site.
It's always about the police having to secure things so that we can go in and take action. Then we act quite aggressively, get people out of this emergency stage and then hand them over to the healthcare system.
What's happening here now? Is there any danger left?
The emergency services have completed their operation. We have had a briefing with the staff and the medical services are winding down. Crisis support will take place at the fire station, says Ågren.
“Incredible support”
Annika Hedberg coordinates crisis support in Fagersta.
We have had crisis support here in Risbrohallen today and we will continue to have it tomorrow, she says.
Hedberg says that during the day, students and staff who had been housed were received and ensured that they received continued support.
We have had a lot of staff on site and we have had an incredible turnout from surrounding municipalities and businesses. So we have received incredible support from all around. We are very grateful for that.
