Andreas Palicka and Hampus Wanne are back in the national handball team for the EHF Euro Cup matches against France and Denmark in May.
The goalkeeper and left-back missed the men's gathering in March when they won double victories against Norway.
Another player who is back for the matches against European Champions France in Gothenburg on May 7 and World and Olympic Champions Denmark in Copenhagen four days later is Simon Jeppsson. The left-back is playing his first national team matches since autumn 2020, according to the Swedish Handball Federation.
"We want to continue to develop, finish this season well and take with us a great feeling into the next where we will have the opportunity to play the European Championship at home", says national team captain Michael Apelgren in a press release.
