The 23-year-old was killed when Israelis attacked the village of Deir Jarir, according to reports.
Neither the Israeli police nor the military has commented on the incident.
The number of violent attacks by settlers has increased since the US and Israel's war against Iran began on February 28. Before Saturday's attack, six Palestinians had been killed during that period, according to Palestinian health authorities.
