The attacks are said to have targeted sites that Pakistan claims were used in Afghan drone attacks on Wednesday. The Taliban regime in Afghanistan has denied attacks on Pakistan.
No death toll from last night's attack has been announced.
Tensions between the countries have escalated recently. Pakistan, for its part, claims that militant groups with links to the Afghan Taliban regime are responsible for the increase in violence, something the Taliban regime in Kabul denies.
At least 29 people were reported to have been killed in a similar attack earlier this week.
