The attacks are the latest in a wave of violence that has hit the troubled Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, which borders Afghanistan.
The attack comes days after Afghan and Pakistani forces exchanged fire along the border, with both sides blaming each other for the escalation of violence.
"In the last 48 hours, 15 policemen and four civilians have been killed in terrorist attacks in different parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa," a senior police official told AFP.
He added that two police officers were also kidnapped and were "still missing."
Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has claimed most of the attacks. The militant group has escalated its operations in Pakistan since the Taliban regained power in Afghanistan in 2021.
