Naqvi will deliver a message to Iran's Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, from Pakistan's Army Chief, Asim Munir, the state-run Iranian news agency Irna reports.
"I think it's an important message," Naqvi said, according to the state-run Turkish Anatolia news agency.
Naqvi held talks with Iranian Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, on Sunday morning, according to state-controlled Iranian media.
According to Pakistani authorities, Islamabad, with support from countries such as Qatar, Turkey and Egypt, is trying to bridge the gaps between the US and Iran with the aim of reducing tensions and ensuring the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz.
