The forces struck against illegal separatist groups in the province of Baluchistan who had set up a roadblock, where, according to the military, they stole vehicles, kidnapped and extorted money from passers-by.
Several trucks and buses were found during the operation, as well as weapons and ammunition.
Pakistan accuses India of supporting separatists, something India denies.
