The procession with the Black Sabbath singer's body will go through the city center starting at 13:00 local time on Wednesday, according to BBC.
It will travel to the local tribute sites Black Sabbath Bridge and Black Sabbath Bench where thousands of fans have left floral tributes.
The funeral procession has been arranged by the city council in collaboration with the Osbourne family, who are covering all costs.
Fans and the public who want to show their respect are encouraged to visit Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery, where a condolence book is available.
Ozzy Osbourne died on July 22 at the age of 76 in his home in Buckinghamshire.
It is not yet known where he will be buried.
