The farewell concert, which takes place in the hometown of Birmingham, will be broadcast live via pay-per-view on the "Back to the beginnings" website.
This will be the first time in two decades that the original lineup of the iconic rock band plays live together – and it will also be the last concert for both the frontman Ozzy Osbourne, 76 years old, and the band, writes NME.
It's time for me to spend some time with my grandchildren, I don't want to die in a hotel room somewhere. I want to spend the rest of my life with my family, Ozzy Osbourne has said about the decision to quit.
He adds that he will do his best but that he "might need to sit down" during the performance.
At the concert, Metallica, Slayer, Pantera and members of, among others, Smashing Pumpkins and Korn will also perform.
