US stock markets saw an outflow of nearly $17 billion, equivalent to over SEK 150 billion, during the days when US President Donald Trump threatened new tariffs against several European countries, according to Bank of America.

The major bank also notes that U.S. stock markets have recovered much of this week's declines after Donald Trump withdrew previous tariff threats against Greenland. However, the U.S. dollar remains weak.
