He filmed himself committing the crimes, and prosecutor Christofer Linder states in a press release that the videos then appear to have been shared within the network.
"According to the investigation, the defendant has moved in groups connected to an environment that promotes violent misanthropy," the prosecutor says in the press release.
According to SVT, it involves the extremist Com network, also known as 764.
The suspected crimes were committed last fall and earlier this year. In a fire in November, 34 vehicles were damaged and two garages burned down.
The boy is also charged with child pornography, based on a video found on his cell phone.
