At least 73 people have been killed in Israeli air strikes against Gaza since Hamas and Israel agreed on a ceasefire on Wednesday, according to Gaza's civil defense.
According to information from residents and authorities in Gaza, Israel scaled up its raids in connection with the announcement of the ceasefire agreement, which began on Sunday, January 19, reports Reuters.
Since the ceasefire agreement was announced, Israeli occupation forces have killed 73 people, including 20 children and 25 women, says civil defense spokesperson Mahmud Bassal to AFP.
230 people are reported to be injured.
