Among the fatalities are a family of five people whose tent was hit in the northern part of the Gaza Strip.

In an Israeli attack late on Friday, a warehouse belonging to UNRWA, the UN agency for Palestinian refugees, was hit in the city of Jabalia. Four people were killed, according to the Indonesian hospital, where the bodies were taken.

A video clip obtained by AP shows the destroyed building on fire.

Israel's military says nine soldiers were injured when an explosive device detonated during an operation in Gaza City on Friday evening. The soldiers were reportedly evacuated to hospitals.
