When registration closed on January 14, 100,742 people had registered. This is an increase of almost eight percent compared to the university entrance exam last spring, when 93,365 people had registered, according to the Swedish Council for Universities and Higher Education.
The university entrance exam, the results of which are important for applications to educational programs, will be held nationwide on April 18.
