Oskarshamn sacks coach Björn Karlsson, the club announces on its website.
"This is clearly not an easy decision to make, but considering the recent results, we have decided that IK Oskarshamn and Björn Karlsson must go separate ways", comments sports manager Arsi Piispanen.
Oskarshamn is currently sixth in the Allsvenskan table and has had a weak form curve in the latest matches. Last weekend, they lost away to Östersund, second to last in the table.
Björn Karlsson took over as new coach when Oskarshamn was relegated from SHL last season.
