"The deviations are repetitive and concern, for example, inaccuracies regarding hourly wages, costs for materials, travel expenses, and similar", writes Örnsköldsvik in a press release.

The municipality has terminated its agreements with Bravida due to overcharging.

Bravida's share has plummeted over ten percent on the stock exchange on Monday.

Last week, Region Skåne demanded 11.4 million kronor back from Bravida after an extended audit revealed that the company's overcharging had been more extensive than previously known. Last year, it was revealed that Bravida had padded its invoices to Region Skåne with over two million kronor, which led to three executives at the company being prosecuted for aggravated fraud.

Bravida takes the allegations seriously, but also finds the municipality's actions remarkable:

"It is inexplicable why the municipality reports to the police, terminates agreements, and issues a press release without warning and without giving Bravida a chance to comment on the external audit they commissioned", says Bravida's communications chief Liselotte Stray in a press release.
