The gunshot victim was found in a parking lot Tuesday evening and was conscious when taken to the hospital.
Police received a report of the incident at around 7 p.m.
"One person is in custody, I will not say anything more," prosecutor Thobias Vilhelmsson told the newspaper Mitt i.
