Flammable liquid was poured through the letterbox on Monday, and the apartment door was blocked. Two adults and three children, including an infant, had to be evacuated from the third floor.
A suspected perpetrator was arrested on Thursday evening, reports SVT Nyheter Helsingborg.
The person is suspected of aggravated arson and attempted murder, prosecutor Cathrine Bengtsson tells SVT.
