Explosions reportedly rocked Tuapse - one of the largest oil ports on the Black Sea - overnight, The Kyiv Independent reports. Videos on Russian Telegram channels show large flames rising from the refinery in the Krasnodar region.
The attack was confirmed by the region's governor, Veniamin Kondratiev, who said one man was killed and another injured in a "massive drone attack," according to AFP. Ukraine has not commented on the reports.
Russian drones are reported to have attacked Brovary near Kyiv on Monday night, according to The Kyiv Independent, resulting in at least one person injured.
