The home was engulfed in flames when the rescue operation began, and several people were taken to hospital, one of whom was in intensive care. The man died the following day, police confirmed to the newspaper.
The fire was initially investigated as suspected arson and three suspects were arrested. They have been released, but remain suspects. Due to the death of one person as a result of the fire, a murder investigation has also been opened.
There are no additional suspects or detainees. The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
