The performance wasn't enough to make it to the final. But Henrik Harlaut was still quite pleased after his first World Cup competition in three years. It was really great, actually, he tells skidor.com

Neither Martin Nordqvist nor Harlaut got the hits needed to advance in the big air qualifiers in Secret Garden, China.

– I got the trick I was supposed to do down. I didn't really know beforehand whether it would be good, bad or something in between. But it was a really nice feeling to land two out of two tricks, says Martin Nordqvist.

Henrik Harlaut, Olympic bronze medalist in 2022, did not hold back in his long-awaited comeback. He immediately tried a new trick.

Unfortunately, I missed the landing a bit, put one hand down, so it didn't get the score I had hoped for, but it was still a step forward on the way back.

Next week, the duo will get another chance in the World Cup.

I definitely have a little bit of a desire for revenge right now, so it's perfect, says Henrik Harlaut.
