It had long been known that the Olympics in Cortina would be Anna Swenn-Larsson's last Olympic Games in her career.

There she won her first Olympic medal, taking bronze in the slalom.

Whether that would be the end of her career was unclear for a long time. But that won't be the case. The veteran will keep going for a while longer.

It's mainly because I don't feel 100 percent ready, and so many people have said that if you still have the desire, still have motivation and you don't feel ready, you might regret a decision not to continue, she said.
