Frida Karlsson has so far won three Olympic medals - two gold and one silver. If Karlsson wins the 50 km race, she will match Wilhelm Carlberg's more-than-100-year-old Swedish Olympic record - he won three Olympic gold medals in shooting in Stockholm in 1912. However, there is a cloud of worry: Karlsson has caught a slight cold, and it remains to be seen whether she will be able to start on Sunday. Ebba Andersson is also a big medal contender.

The women's curling team of Anna Hasselborg already has two Olympic medals - a gold and a bronze - on their list of achievements. Their worst finish was a silver in Cortina, but the Swedes are going for the gold in the Olympic final against Switzerland. When the teams met in the regular season, Sweden won 6–4.
+ NHL stars compete for the final gold medal
The Olympics conclude with one of the tournament's highlights: the men's ice hockey final between archrivals Canada and the United States. The Canadians won their semifinal against Finland, the reigning Olympic champion, late in the game. The United States cruised past Slovakia to secure the final spot. This is the first time the NHL's top stars have been at the Olympics in twelve years.
