According to the news agency NTB, the 29-year-old star said that "he has his doubts" about his return to Trondheim Airport from Val di Fiemme.
Klæbo won six gold medals in six starts at the Olympics, making history as the Winter Olympian with the most Olympic gold medals of all time. He previously had five gold medals (three from Pyeongchang 2018 and two from Beijing 2022). His eleven gold medals are three more than former cross-country stars Marit Bjørgen and Bjørn Dæhlie and biathlon icon Ole Einar Bjørndalen, who each won eight Olympic gold medals.
On Saturday there is a sprint, and on Sunday a 20-kilometer skiathlon, both in freestyle, for women and men in Falun.
