"Unbelievable. It's been a fantastic weekend. It's been ups and downs this year, but the team has always supported and believed in me. In the end, a little luck was on my side," the Toyota driver told the World Championship website.
The 24-year-old had been in the lead pretty much since the start last Friday.
He won by ten seconds over Britain's Elfyn Evans. Frenchman Adrien Fourmaux was a further eight seconds behind.
Evans leads the World Championship series ahead of Finn Sami Pajari, with Oliver Solberg in third, now 21 points behind the leader with two World Championship races left this year.
Earlier this year, Oliver Solberg won the Monte Carlo Rally.
