Oil prices fall sharply after US and Iran agree two-week ceasefire

The market reacted immediately after the announcement of the agreement, and overnight the price of WTI oil continued to fall. By 2 a.m. it had fallen 18 percent to below $93 per barrel, CNBC reports.

Before the US and Israel's war against Iran began on February 28, oil was around $70 per barrel.
