Hammarby's defensive midfielder Fredrik Hammar is clear for Belgian Mechelen.

According to Aftonbladet, Hammarby receives one million euros, approximately 11 million kronor, for Hammar.
Hammar established himself as a starter in Hammarby in 2023 and made 25 Allsvenskan matches last season, 15 of which were from the start.
