The party has had a mandate in Landskrona and Botkyrka since 2022, when it received by far the most votes among the small parties.
In both municipalities, the threshold is two percent to have a chance of winning a seat on the council.
When 26 of 27 electoral districts are counted in Landskrona, it is clear that the party's support is basically gone, as it goes from 2.5 down to 0.1 percent. In Botkyrka, the party has gone from 2.1 to 1.5 percent, according to preliminary figures.
During election day, Nyans party leader Mikail Yüksel announced his resignation.
The party, Nyans, was formed in 2019 and has pursued several controversial issues since then, including the demand to remove Hamas from the EU's terror list.
