At an event in Paris, Jensen Huang said Nvidia would announce investments worth $2 billion, equivalent to 20 billion kronor (about $1.9 billion).
The investments are in addition to the $8 billion the company has already invested in Europe in recent years.
“Europe must join the race,” Huang said at the event.
In addition to Paris, he will visit London during his stay in Europe. Huang will also be in Stockholm, where he will take part in several activities on Thursday.
Nvidia is by far the world’s most valuable publicly listed company.
