In a post on Platform X, analyst firm Semianalysis says production of Nvidia's Kyber NVL 144 has been delayed by more than a year due to setbacks in the design of circuit boards for the platform.
Nvidia has not confirmed the information.
Among AI stocks in Tokyo, Ibiden fell 10 percent, while Hong Kong-listed Kingboard Laminates Holdings plunged 18 percent. Other sector losers include Elite Material, which lost 10 percent on the Taipei Stock Exchange, and Samsung Electro-Mechanics, which is down 11 percent on the Seoul Stock Exchange.
