During a walk, a user’s wheelchair rolled down a hill and into a ditch. The user fell out and was so badly injured that he later died, according to P4.
The situation is said to have arisen after another user fell. While staff were helping him, the wheelchair involved in the accident was left unlocked.
The municipality has reported the wheelchair to the Medical Products Agency.
