The cuts affect 53 pilots and 70 cabin crew members, Danish Finans reports. The employees are assigned to Norwegian’s operations at Copenhagen Airport.
"It’s a sad day for Norwegian, but there is no other way. The layoffs are necessary," says Norwegian’s country manager in Denmark, Sara Neergaard.
