Norwegian skiing star Johannes Høsflot Klæbo is not ready to compete yet after the victory in Tour de ski.

He is skipping the World Cup competitions this weekend in French Les Rousses.

Norwegian national team doctor Ove Feragen says that Klæbo is not back in regular training yet.

Johannes has not recovered after Tour de ski and is not in normal training yet. He probably needs more time before he is ready for competitions, says Feragen.

Johannes Høsflot Klæbo won Tour de ski with 1.23 minutes ahead of Austrian Mika Vermeulen.

The season's highlight is the World Championship in Trondheim on February 26-March 9. After Les Rousses, three World Cup competitions remain before the World Championship, in Swiss Engadin, Italian Cogne, and Falun.
