Fredrik Villumstad was disqualified during the Summer Grand Prix in Poland, writes Norwegian Dagbladet. This because his suit was one centimeter too large at the waist.

Also last weekend, a Norwegian was disqualified in a competition in France. Then it was Kristoffer Eriksen Sundal whose suit was 2.5 centimeters too large at the waist.

Now it has happened with different practitioners. Last weekend it was about learning. This weekend there is no other explanation than that the margins become too small. Fredrik (Villumstad) must learn from it, says head coach Rune Velta to Dagbladet.

The two disqualifications come after the big scandal during the World Championship in Trondheim last winter. Then three out of four Norwegian ski jumpers were disqualified for competing with manipulated and unapproved suits. Among other things, silver medalist Marius Lindvik had his result erased.

Dagbladet writes that the two latest disqualifications are not due to intentional cheating, but that it is about the drivers still adapting to the new suit rules.
