Borg Høiby is suspected of rape, sexual assault, and abuse of three former girlfriends.

What is about to happen now is that the investigation can simply be sabotaged, says his new defender Ellen Holager Andenæs to Norwegian TV2.

She is referring to the constant leaks from police investigations, including strictly confidential information, and media articles based on the information.

Andenæs' office has now reported the leaks to the police, who are investigating them as crimes against secrecy.

To the extent that it leaks from police documents, it is punishable, says the defender.

The leaks are now causing Høiby to refuse to participate in new interrogations, according to the defender.

The police want to question Marius. They would like to. And Marius wants to explain himself to the police. But how can this happen under current circumstances? That is the question I am asking myself, says Andenæs.
